Our attorneys conduct all phases of trial work involving all aspects of auto insurance defense, to include taking physician’s, billing clerks, corporate representative depositions, defending adjuster’s, record custodians corporate representative depositions and all other aspects of discovery, motion practice and trials in both Florida No Fault, Personal injury Protection (“P.I.P.”) cases and in cases involving bodily injury and/or Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist claims. Our attorneys also testify regularly as expert witnesses for insurance carriers and for the F.D.I.C., in relation to the reasonableness of attorney’s fees and costs in insurance litigation.
